Estate
and Family Business Transfer Planning
Estate and Family Farm Business Transfer Planning offered by arrangement with local Purdue Extension Educators and sponsored by local businesses and organizations. Focus is on traditional estate planning issues--goals and objectives, wills, and will substitutes, taxes, charitable transfers, and avoiding income and death taxes--with an emphasis on things to do and not to do when bringing family into the farm operation.
